"The family liked the wings but thought they were a bit too dry. Maybe a bit more wet sauce would have taken care of that. They didn’t put the fries in with the meal bag to go. When we got home is when we found out there were not any fries. I made a call and they said they would take care of it. We went back , they gave us the fries, and I was grateful for it. So, it wasn’t a bad experience and I will go again to get wings for the family here. Also, the fries were very tasty. 🍟"

"Came at for last minute meal before going home. Place was high traffic customers, and ice machine was out of ice, but drinks were still ice cold. Ordered Korean bbq sandwich, hot honey wings and cajun tenders, along with fries. Gotta say, was not impressed with most, sandwich was the better tasting of all."

"One of my favorite wing spots around Oceanside. I just wish the service would be a bit better. There were a lot of customers and this is a good location for good wings. The wait time was a bit too long and many of the customers either did not get what they ordered or were missing an item. The staff can definitely improve on their customer service skills and communicate operably among each other with the orders. Other than that the meal was good for me."

"This Wingstop needs serious improvement—or should just close its doors. We’ve given this location three chances, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they’ve messed up our order every single time. It always takes around two hours to get our food, and they somehow manage to forget the ranch every time. The customer service is terrible—no one seems to care—and the food arrives cold, bland, and completely disappointing. Definitely not the quality or service you’d expect from Wingstop."

"So I wanted to give one star only because the food is always so late. Order online reads 20 mins. I show up 40 mins later. Don't get my food for another 20 which is an hour for wings. This is everytime and either the app needs to be fixed or they need to get more workers or fryers. The wings were bomb though and the guy at the store (philipino dude with earing in nose) was real patient and attentive. Even with the angry crowd (due to same issue as me) I would come here again because I like the mango habanero...please fix the ordering process."
