"Come around 11am to 3pm Victor and Ruby are best! This is the best wing stop I’ve eaten so far. I told them to fry it hard, and that’s exactly what they did! Cooked fried hard to perfection! Normally wingstop doesn’t get it that perfect, even when you ask."

"Made an online order to get it right on time, get to the place and my order isn’t even ready. Don’t see why give an established time and won’t have the food ready. Had to wait an hour for three tenders and one chicken sandwich. For a small order taking forever. Having all the workers and still took long"

"The owner willie or wtv His name is was so rude. I have never been to a restaurant. That manager is so rude. I walked in. I was taking my order and he was just being very rude and made me repeat my order again, and that was fine, but he just kept making me, repeat it, and I first. I thought he couldn’t hear me, but I realize that he could hear Me and he then made a conversation. He just walked away and went to the back and didn’t come back after a couple minutes. Like 10 minutes."

"Just made me order online didnt even acknowledge me come in and disregarded me when I asked why because she's busy? It's 10:54 on a Thursday, nothings going in i literally can see with my own eyes it's pretty light. Whatever im paying i need that back immediately . Horrible service"

"I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by manager Fernando also known as Host R’ Lando. The team was inattentive to my order as it was detailed (10 piece, bone in all flats and extra crispy). However, I placed my order at 12:14, but it took 30 minutes to be ready when I was told it would take approximately 15mins. When I received my order it was still incorrect. I waited an additional 30 minutes without receiving the correct order that’s when the cashier advised me that I would have to pay an additional fee for the “all flats” because Fernando incorrectly keyed in the wrong order from my original. So I brought it to Fernando’s attention that he keyed in the incorrect order. He immediately got defensive, his customer service was completely unacceptable and disrespectful, especially when he returned the old order back to after I requested a refund. Fernando stated he couldn’t issue a refund nor store credit. As he refused to take ownership of his mistake. When I asked to speak with someone higher up, he informed me that he was the highest authority at this franchise location and that I would have to deal with the situation as it stood. This was incredibly frustrating, and I was left with a remade order made by the team that I had to pay an additional charge instead of a proper resolution for his crew up and inconvenience on his behalf."
