"The food is inconsistent Oily mass in the bottom of the container and over seasoned fries compared to the last time I had it a couple days ago which is way better depends on who’s cooking"

"I recently visited the Wingstop at 655 S. Main St Suite 210 in Orange, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The gentleman who helped me with my order was absolutely outstanding. He wore glasses and provided service that went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he patiently explain all the different flavor options when I couldn't decide, but he also recommended the perfect combination based on my preferences. He surprised me by throwing in an extra dipping sauce at no charge and made sure my order was perfect before I left. The wings themselves were absolutely delicious - cooked to perfection with that signature Wingstop flavor that can't be matched. I ordered a mix of lemon pepper and spicy Korean, and both were bursting with flavor. The wings were fresh, hot, and perfectly sauced. The fries were also amazing - hand-cut, seasoned perfectly, and the ideal complement to the wings. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean with plenty of seating. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for enjoying my meal. Even though they were busy, my order came out quickly and exactly as requested. What really stands out about this location is how they truly live up to Wingstop's motto - they're not just in the wing business, they're in the flavor business. And that gentleman with glasses embodied that spirit perfectly with his exceptional service. I'll definitely be returning to this Wingstop location again and again. If you're looking for amazing wings with outstanding service in Orange, this is absolutely the place to go!"

"Just ordered a 8pc boneless combo. No greeting when I walked the front door. Just a very monotone are you here to pick up. I let the gal know, that I was there to place an order. As I am waiting I notice the same "greeting" to any who walked in the door. Also while waiting, two ladies come in with a WingStop bag to let the girl at the front know that they were missing items (6pc boneless I think) they gave her the rest of her order afyer a short time and they leave. I am then handed my order and told to have a Merry Christmas. When get to my next stop, I open the bag and see there was no Ranch. It's seems that there is a common theam from the other review and my experience. If you charge for an ingredient or it's free when ordered it should not acceptable to forget the little things. I hope you share these experiences with your staff."

"I placed an order with my friend, and they gave me dry wings and never gave me my receipt and additional things I asked for, therefore, they didn't want to remake it even though I showed proof of purchase with my bank statement and they wouldn't make me my food right, horrible service and basically couldn't enjoy my meal, the only thing I asked for is for them to remake it but they made a big deal about. Wouldn't recommend coming here. I know y'all just opened but damn get y'all sheet together"

"Barely open and the wings are dry such a shame. Typically recent open food chains provide good food. But wings were dry and they forgot my order of fries …on a slow day."
