"Very frequently mess up orders and bad customer service. Have had to go back and get items that weren't in my bag multiple times, even after asking them directly if everything is in the bag. Today, I ordered Large Fry (Regular Seasoning) in my order and received Lemon Pepper fries... absolutely ruined and a waste of my SIX DOLLARS."

"What a great staff. The times I've been here it's always a Friendly atmosphere. I made an error on my order, even though it was my fault they made sure it was correct. Thank you Tabby for your help."

"I had a take out order that took 20 mins longer than the original proposed time of 45 mins and then as I’m waiting the lady at the front desk hands out free (normally cost $2) dipping sauces and sides of ranch to every single customer as they ask without even looking at their order. She did this with 5 different customers and then when it comes time for me and my pregnant wife to get our food and I ask for a side of ranch she immediately tells my wife it’ll be 2 bucks. What the hell?? You’ve got to be kidding me. Now that is top notch discrimination right there."
