"I normally order food online and pick up to go but today I decided to walk in and order in person. I had a pleasant interaction with Matthew, who took my order, offered suggestions, and made my experience great overall. He was very helpful, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor. The place was also neat and clean which was a great plus. I will definitely come here again."

"Horrible customer service is I ordered online and my order said carryout would be ready within 9 to 14 minutes when I arrive the gentleman said it would take an hour and a half. It will slow that day and not many customers inside. I believe this establishment had poor work ethic and the worst part was that I was told to leave the store as I asked for a refund and I was given an attitude by the gentleman and manager that day, February 15 at 5:25 PM. I love Wingstop, but I will never go to this location or recommend anyone to go to this location as they will take over an hour to make your food and not honor the online order timeframe. Also, the manager said I can contact customer From a plaque on the wall with a number related to franchise questions and not customer help number. People are smarter than you think"

"I stopped by the Wingstop in Perris today and had an awesome experience! The food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned just how I like it. The restaurant was clean, and everything ran smoothly even though it was busy. My server, Matthew, went above and beyond super friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. Definitely one of the best Wingstop locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!"

"my order was supposed to be ready in "5-11 mins", I waited 10 mins in my car, no biggie. Then went into restaurant & said it'll be done in 10-15 mins. I then waited 20 mins in the restaurant and checked in again with staff. They said "5 mins". I waited another 10 mins and checked in again. They said "almost done". 45 min wait! Lazy unprofessional staff who look like they are miserable that they have to work. Wait times here are unbelievable. Also, thermostat is set to 62 degrees. Every guest commented on how cold it was in there. Save your time and eat elsewhere."

"Wingstop was great! The wings came out hot and had a ton of flavor, and the fries were super crispy. The staff was friendly and got the food out pretty quick. The place felt clean and chill, a good spot to grab food with friends. I’d definitely come back again."
