"Nasty! I just watch the lady working be on her phone then proceed to touch food. Dont they know that they should wash hands first before touching food after using their phones. Phones have more bacteria and dirtier than toilet bowls. Never again."

"unpleasant place. The customer service is disgusting, it took too long to deliver my order and they dispatched other orders from people who arrived at the place after me first. When they finally gave me my food I was disappointed again, I asked for my order without anything spicy and it seemed like they had done it maliciously because when they delivered it to me they laughed. I definitely won't go back to that place."

"This place is a SCAM!! Ordered online to go lemon pepper and mild classic order (which they charge you more for!) and what I got was the below nuggets Now this establishment refuses to answer my calls and return my money as you can see not even the flavors I ordered. On top of that they didn’t give me a drink on a COMBO meal. Save your money and time and go to fire wings up the street in Pinole, way better food, service and quality. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Absolute trash and refuses to correct their mistakes."

"This used to be my favorite food place but they have seriously went down hill. This is my 2md to last time ordering there. My food was cold and I asked for well done hot wings and wet. Clear as day you can see these wings barely have any sauce and extra seasoning for the fries. Can you tell they barely have any ? I try not by o complain because I eat there ALOT like at least a few times a month but the food is getting worse and the customer service is lacking. They let all the good people go or they left. Come on Wingstop"
