"Horrible service, food was cold. Placed an order for carry out to have it done for when we sat down to dine in, came in after 7:29 when the estimate time was. Staff told me it would be a few more minutes, waited 15 minutes, got up to get in line to ask about my order and a girl was huddled up between the freezer on her phone while another staff was hovered around her while they both laughed and watched videos. I stood there for a few minutes while 2 other staff members didn’t acknowledge me and let these kids continue to sit on their phone and laugh. A 5th staff member came from the back and helped me get my order and we sat down to eat and all our food was cold. No one told us our meal was done even after confirming we were there for the order. We couldn’t eat the cold food so we decided to take it home and warm it up, as we walked out the girl was still huddled in that area surrounded by 2 other staff members giggling and joking while 2 other staff members just sat by and let this happen in a work environment on the clock. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this place."

"Came on a Monday just before 2pm. It took about 45 minutes for 4 meals. Shortly afterward, the server went down. When we first arrived, there were 3 people on shift, but by the time we got our food, the cashier was by himself cooking it. Atomic wings were very good, but I wish I had gotten 2 servings of blue cheese. Single bathroom required code from staff. Service and upkeep require attention, but food is good."

"Just out boppin around with Platypus Pete looking for anything but trouble and we end up up in Pleasant Hill...Well it could have been worse, it very well could have been Antioch! Then all the sudden the Plat yells out... Wingstop thar she blows! Well, that was enough for me, so I made a quicPMk u-turn and plowed the Ram into the first parking spot, and we went in and had the most Amazing spicy chicken wings on the planet! ☆☆☆☆☆"

"its been two times that I’ve bought French fries there and they always come out terrible, the service is also bad and it took 30 minutes to get my order and the people had a bad attitude."

"tried this location twice & both times the order was wrong and the wings were either drenched in oil or had no seasoning at all, never in the middle :’( try a different location for your own sanity. The picture is supposed to be a dry rub! cmon dawg"
