"The food is always pretty good. What's frustrating is the lack of customer service and accuracy of each order. I use to order here frequently. About 50 percent of the time my order was wrong. They have signs up for customers to check the orders prior to leaving so they aren't liable for their mistakes. I stopped ordering here because of this. I have ordered here 4 times in the last month just because I was craving wings, and like I said...2 of those 4 orders were incorrect. Be sure to check your order prior to leaving. They will not honor any orders/mistakes they make if you leave and try to come back."

"This place is too hot for its workers. It’s 92 degrees inside the restaurant and the cashier/ food preparer is sweating like he’s been working out. Legally this is a problem. These workers should be sent home with pay since the restaurant is unable to maintain legal working conditions. This will be reported. I hope they get it together. This guy was amazing, helping us while clearly struggling with the inside heat."

"Not good. I went in with some friends around 8:30pm. The sauce didn’t coat the wings fully. It was so hot in the dine in. We even asked if the AC was on and they said the store owner doesn’t allow them to turn it on after a certain time. It was so hot!! Lastly we asked to use the restroom and they said they were closed. Worst location I’ve been to. It wasn’t even close to closing time. I won’t be back."

"If anyone still wants to order from this establishment THE OWNER DREW (DKLD) is unprofessional and resolves no issues concerning customers. I specifically ordered in detail (15 BONE IN-, ALL FLATS, WELL DONE x2 for 30mins, FRIES TO BE MADE WHEN ORDER IS PAID FOR AND PICKED UP) with one of associates over the phone and had them repeat the order for confirmation. I know when ordering from here there is always a problem from experience. The order was picked up by my mother and I texted her everything to make sure it was done properly. Once she got back home she was disappointed. I asked her “what’s wrong?”, which I already knew there was an issue with the order (of course it’s always a hit or miss with this place). She tells me “I checked the bag at the counter and seen the fries were cold and soggy, I told him that you requested for them to be made when I got there over the phone so they’d be fresh.” But the shift lead said “All I can do was re-drop the fries.” So I left since they weren’t accommodating at all. At this point I’m checking the order and the wings weren’t well done either at all, which led me to wanting to take back the order and receive a refund (cash paid) because this was our dinner and it made absolutely no sense to eat something let alone pay for what wasn’t done correctly after having the order being repeated verbatim. I called ahead and spoke to the shift lead and he he talked over me to the point I had to let him know “hey this is not active listening at all I’m trying to finish speaking on the issue and you cutting me off will not resolve the problem.”. I asked for the corporate number and franchise store number as well. I headed out to the establishment with the order untouched and requested a refund (paid for in cash). To my surprise that wasn’t allowed because they said there can’t be modifications made to the order which I said I didn’t make any modifications I requested for my meal to be served hot and ready for pick up and not for any ingredients to be changed. As I sat there and waited for him to speak to DREW THE OWNER (DKLD) HE STATED “THIS ISNT BURGER KING & CALL CORPORATE FOR YOUR REFUND” so I sat there patiently and waited because I paid cash didn’t want the order willingly wanting to leave it there but to my surprise they called the sheriffs on my mother and I. Spoke to the sheriff he said to just call corporate and this is a civil matter. I left with food that was cold at that point and my money not returned back to me. At this time and age where is the HOSPITALITY, where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE, & where is the PROFESSIONALISM ? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEW RATINGS THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND EMBARRASSING TO THE WINGSTOP BRAND/ BUSINESS. Nevertheless, if action is handled by corporate with so many complaints I'll be the one to make things right on a moral aspect since they can not."

"The closing crew is rude.. I walked in @ 11:05 pm and patiently waited for her to get off the phone, she was looking very irritated and ignored. The first thing the lady said is the dining room is closed.. I said its for take out.. Then she stated is this pick up or order.. I ordered my food and sat down.. The lady that was cooking the food and came out and starting putting the chairs on the table..They just started cooking the food.. 15 minutes later a person came in to pick up his food.. They started cooking more food.. The lady said it will be ready in 3 minutes to the man.. Then 5 minutes later a couple walked in.. The one lady who was cleaning the dining room said are we taking anymore orders.. Its now 11:28pm.. She said the dining room is closed.. The couple said we are picking up our order.. The couple waited about 12 minutes.. They started cooking more food.. The couple food was ready.. They are now cooking my food.. I walked out at 11:44 pm.. I got home ready to eat and food its it had tons of seasoning on it..The chicken was dry with greasy lemon pepper.. The garlic parmesan chicken was cake on.. My corn was over seasoned.. My fries were not cooked all the way.."
