"Avoid this Wingstop, on 2/26 Thursday I placed an order here on accident, called saying if I can get a wrong for it being the wrong location, they said no, called the next day asked for a manager or lead in regards to a refund, they said they didn’t know how to do one as “it’s hard to do”, called an hour later because they said someone could help me after an hour, the other shift lead I spoke to said they wouldn’t refund the order at all because it’s “policy” and the food was made. I never picked up the order, I called the store the day off to get a refund and that I won’t be picking it up but they said no it’s already made. Other than being told that how could I really know it’s been made, I didn’t go to that location in the end, and on the Wingstop email it says “Need to change or cancel your order? Please call your local restaurant listed above” well guess what, this one didn’t because of a policy that is no where to been seen and I never got my refund. I left a case and still haven’t received a call back from the management or store and it’s now 3/3. Avoid this wingstop as they have poor service and don’t want to give you your money back even if you don’t pick up your food."

"Ordered wings to go they were like a ROCK the meat felt like chewing the hardest pebbles ever! pretty disappointed as they are not cheap. You expect to get what you pay for. Than on top of that they charged me for ranch when the orders are supposed to come with their own ranch. Its sad to think you have to eat THERE inside the store in order to get food that's eatable. They need to start giving refunds because this is unacceptable."

"The food was really good. But unfortunately I will not be going back to this location because the same girl that helped me the last couple of times (CAT) was very rude and not polite at all. Will not return to this location."

"Ordered my meal and got my 6 piece free. Tiffany was very helpful in taking my coupon and explaining if the rubs were wet or dry rubs. I really recommend this place. I actually get to see my food being made unlike other restaurants of wingstop. Very satisfying."

"Ordering from here has been awful every time. The workers that work here are rude and like to talk over you, especially over the phone. I ordered an order online and it said it would take 16-21 minutes after 12 minutes I was at another location then where I ordered (my fault) but after I called this location to see if I could get a refund I was told I couldn’t because the food was already made. But the manger said after 15 minutes it was no longer refundable, but it was only 12 minutes after the ask for the refund. At another wing stop location they said any online orders were able to be refunded. I just really want to know what is the real answer to “Can I get a refund in this situation? ”"
