"Kayla went absolutely above and beyond with her customer service!!! From the moment I walked in she was absolutely amazing. Helped me figure out my order, we had such a great conversation. On top of it they got my food out to me so fast as a walk in!! I haven’t seen that great of customer service in such a long time! I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to leave one for her!"

"I have Been a Customer at this location for some time today, I ordered a phone order. They said it will be 17 minutes. I put a timer on for 17 minutes and headed to the restaurant. I got there and I told them I wanted fresh fries because the fries were extremely cold. The guy told me the price had been sitting for five minutes regardless I told him I want fresh fries. He denied me my request for fresh fries twice so I told him to refund my entire order this is ridiculous. The quality of the food has gone down for some time at this location. The chicken is overcooked extremely dry, and this will be my last time here I have given it too many chances, but the rudeness Is that an all-time high at this location? Total epic fail the guy name is Ken!!!"

"I ordered Wingstop through the app and doordash was the delivery service. Our Dasher was over 45 minutes late and the food was cold and he also left half of our order at the store. I contacted this Wingstop directly and the manager I spoke to was incredibly professional and nice and offered to completely remake and resend my order. The manager took accountability when it was doordash fault and I'm incredibly grateful for and impressed by that. Definitely going to be a return customer."

"Just letting customers who order through apps know that this wingstop makes your delivery driver fill up your soft drinks. It’s against California state law for anyone without a food handlers permit to touch ANY part of your food. Ask yourself if you’re ok with that when whatever driver you get may have not washed their hands after using the restroom, or is sick, or puts their fingers inside of the cup or drops it on the floor because they don’t care."
