"The first time I came to this place was on December 26th, and after an hour and a half, I finally received my order because it was a holiday. Today, January 3rd, I placed an online order, and it was supposed to take between 28 and 38 minutes, but I've already been waiting 45 minutes after arriving 40 minutes after placing the online order. A terrible place, and the employees are unfriendly. I will never come back again"

"This is yet another unacceptable experience with the South Main store. While I recognize that the employees are working hard and that the issues may not be entirely their fault, management clearly needs to step in and address the ongoing problems. I continue to order from this location solely due to its proximity to my home, and every time I do, I regret it. My online orders are consistently delayed by 20–30 minutes beyond the stated pickup time, and on one occasion I waited nearly 50 minutes. Most recently, on Sunday, I placed two separate orders—one boneless and one bone-in. After waiting an additional 20 minutes past the promised time, I discovered that my order was incorrect, as I received all boneless items. This is not the first time my order has been wrong. This repeated pattern of delays and errors is unacceptable, and I have learned my lesson. I will not be ordering from this location again."

"Horrible service. Placed an order online that was supposed to be ready 8-13 minutes. When I arrive, the guy says they ran out of fries and don't know when they'll get more or where his manager is because he " disappears all the time" . I asked for a Refund because I had a 1 year old and a 5 year old waiting on the car with my wife and got attitude from the employee who said he couldn't refund me because only the manager could do it. Then all the employees basically hid in the back and ignored anyone there who didn't walk in for a new order. No food and lost my money. Never coming back here again and I suggest others do the same."

"Placed an order at 11am for pickup at 12pm. I get to the establishment at exactly 12pm and am told that my order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I ask why since I had ordered an hour prior with an expected pickup time and was informed they don’t receive the orders until the said pickup time. Their ordering ahead system is completely messed up, I expected my food to be ready on time for my lunch break. When my food was finally ready it was cold so I don’t understand why it took so long if it seemed like it had just been sitting out. Completely and utterly disappointed. The staff were nice but these systems must be improved."

"I waited over an hour just for one Chicken Sandwich — a sandwich they forgot to include in my original order. Even after the mistake was acknowledged, my replacement order wasn’t prioritized at all. I had to get up several times to check the pickup window and ask if they were working on it. After more than an hour of waiting, I left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. The restaurant itself was in poor condition: slippery floors, non-functioning bathrooms, and visible hygiene issues. Urine was overflowing onto the restroom floor, and no one seemed to be addressing it. On top of that, I noticed that many employees were not wearing proper hair nets or face coverings. With long hair and beards in a warm, humid kitchen, it’s easy for hair to shed into food — a serious food safety concern. I genuinely enjoy Wingstop’s food and recipes, but this location needs urgent attention from health and safety inspectors. Until improvements are made, I’d recommend going somewhere else that values both your time and basic hygiene standards."
