"I went to Wingstop today in San Fernando and ordered a 10 piece bone in. The wings have a weird taste to them. They taste sour and even the texture is gross. They’re extremely chewy."

"I stopped by this Wingstop to pick up my online order since I was in the area. I got the 20 for 20 classic wings with lemon pepper and mild for the sauce. I got another order of 10 wings of medium and 10 wings of lemon pepper. The wait time here is bad and my order was not ready at my pickup time."

"Small, clean, friendly customer service. I've tried the very spicy & good mango habanero wings. Their lemon pepper wings are also delicious, not to mention their ranch dressing. Plenty of parking around this location but may be a little difficult to find because of various businesses in the area."

"Speaking as a true wing lover, I’ve tried them all. I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings—mostly for the drinks—but when it comes to flavor, Wingstop is on another level. The sauces are better, the fries are better, and overall the food is packed with flavor. Buffalo Wild Wings simply can’t compete in that department. If I had to rank them based on taste alone, Wingstop takes the top spot. Sorry, Buffalo Wild Wings—you’re a solid number two."

"I placed my Super Bowl online this morning and it’s unfortunate that they did not fulfill my order… it was scheduled for pickup at 3:30pm… My son went in to pick up and provided information about order and asked him to wait… 45min later they told him your order is ready and handed him a bag… he asked if this was everything, and they said yes… My son got home… I asked him for the order and he said this was all they gave me… and shared it was chaotic! This caused unnecessary stress as we had to go out and figure out star to feed out family and friends for Super Bowl. I’ve been calling and no response calls just drop! This is unacceptable service from such a large food chain… we need to work on planning for such special events where your business will be affected. Griselda"
