"if i had the option to put 0 stars i would’ve. the customer service is so trash. the cashiers leave to the back when customers walk in, they never acknowledged us. we were just going to order 1 drink and fried and they took forever so when we finally got attended after 20 minutes of waiting, i just left and bought food from the convenience store. all of the women there are extremely rude."

"After ordering at this location multiple times, today was the first day that I had nothing missing from my order, all my sauces were actually in my bag, the quality of the chicken was great, and not overcooked and dry like it usually is. The best part was that my order was also done on time, I had stopped coming to his location for a few months because of the high wait time even when ordering ahead (45+mins) but after today I’m gonna have to start ordering more. Best experience ever"

"I’m honestly extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. The food was overcooked and nasty. I had been craving it all week and for it to be burnt and nasty? Are you serious. Won’t come here anymore and I DONT recommend it either."

"I was excited to receive boneless meal via DoorDash and unfortunately my order was overcooked and extremely salty. Requesting to drive in for a delivery order is a bit much. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would suggest implementing a better resolution process for delivery orders."

"11/26/25 Wing stop In San Jacinto, we made an order online of Bone-in wings and fries, we brought it to work and the order was wrong and missing the fries. They gave us boneless wings and no fries. We called back the store and the person that answered we explained the order was incorrect, she says what and I explained we ordered bone-in wings and fries, she said bring the food back and she’ll remake the order, I said ok how about you remake the order I’ll be on my way with the chicken wings, we also had preorder to have it for lunch on time, I go can I have your name she goes I don’t have to give it to you that we don’t wear name tags for that reason and my boss will tell you the same thing. So anyone that orders from this store make sure your order is right before you leave and you take it in personally because this kind of behavior over the phone and not have a picture of the person is unacceptable as they won’t provide name."
