"Delicious crispy tenders, plenty of seasoning and sauces. The staff are always friendly and smiling. By the way, they had done an amazing job on Super Bowl Sunday, which must be one of their busiest days: They were efficient, friendly, and above all patient with everybody. I don't know how they do it, this team is unbeatable. I keep coming back and have never been disappointed."

"Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I picked up an order for my wife this evening which was the boneless meal deal and we ordered an extra sauce. Upon opening the bag when I got home, only two sauces were included, not the 3 that we had paid extra for. When I called the store asking for a refund, a lady tried accusing me of being wrong and that my order only had two sauces. This indicated to me that she was the one who made the mistake. I told her to check the order in her system and that she was wrong. She spoke in spanish to her manager while I was still on the phone without placing me on hold and then proceeded to tell me she would refund me $1.65 in one hour. I have no proof of this refund. I said I need it right now because I don't trust her because she was obviously the one who made the mistake as she accused me of being wrong. Mark my words. I will never go to this Wingstop location again. I will for the rest of my life tell people to avoid this location. It's clear why it's 2.5 stars. I will also be filing a corporate compliant and a complaint with the better business bureau. I also am demanding the refund for the additional sauce effective immediately."

"I ordered 30 wings online. They had doordash pick it up. The Doordasher texted me he was having trouble finding my address. So I texted to him my address. He continued to say he couldn't find my address. So he left the food somewhere other then my address. I called wingstop. They said, to call. doordash because they picked it up, then called it done. So I was going back and forth to get my money or food. This was not a good experience. My food was not good either, so I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere for wings"

"People be complaining about dumb things.. This place is nice and the food has always been accurate and good. I've only ordered online thru the website so maybe ordering in person is a different experience. Everytime I walk in, im always acknowledge by the staff and feel welcomed. Always can find parking and the place is clean."

"I placed an online order for Wingstop at 11:20pm-11:24pm for 40 wings. They gave me an estimate of 16-21 minute which felt kinda rushed, but since Wingstop closes at 12am, I figured that it should be kind of easy due to how late it was. I got there around 11:36pm and saw that there were people inside waiting. “No problem” I thought, I can be patient and wait. However, it quickly went from 11:36pm to 12:00am with still no wings. Then a lady (didn’t know her name) approached us and told us “Get out”. I was surprised and asked her to repeat it and she said “Oh I need you guys to get out, we gotta count money”. Again, another issue we ran into, but I get it, gotta make sure it’s all correct. However then as we’re outside waiting, they start cleaning the floors and after a bit, they unlock the door. A man walks in, talks for a bit, gets his wings and leaves. I figured I’d do the same when I see that exact same lady walk up to us at the door, and then pull the door close to lock it. No explanation, no words, nothing. Then around 12:10-12:15am, that’s when they finally get the wings bagged up and ready to go. They approach us and hand us the bags with what I assume the receipt is, in her hands. As I reach for it and the bags, she pulls the receipt back and locks the door. At this point, it’s been around 40-50 minutes for wings and I was hungry so my question: Is all the staff here rude and poorly trained or just her? Side note: Cooks were cool and wings were tasty"
