"Got a meal for 2 for $27. Too much, but it's whatever for that. What my issue is, the fries were out of the paper tray they come in. I opened the bag on the counter to see if it was there and the fries were just thrown in there, not even on the tray. Then I was waiting longer to get my 2nd cup for my meal for 2. They questioned me in regards to getting a second cup, even when I showed that I only had one cup and proof I was supposed to get two. On top of it, when we got home 10 minutes later and opened up the bag to eat dinner, the fries were cold! Like they've been sitting at room temperature for 3 hours before that. Then the wings didn't even have enough seasoning! And the cheese dip containers weren't filled up all the way, but managed to be "overfilled" because it was coming out the tops. Paying that much money for cold, garbage product is unacceptable. This location needs a MASSIVE turnaround. Now I know why the rest of the comments all agree with what I'm saying now. And my fault for not reading them before going to this particular location."

"NEVER gives a decent amount of sauce on the wings even when specifically requested to add extra. Always forgets utensils and napkins with online orders. Go to the Wingstop near Bayfair instead."

"I ordered 10 pcs lemon pepper chicken wings. I got 10pcs fried wings WITHOUT any flavor, chicken was BLAND AS IN AWEFULLY YUCKS! I tried calling the store, the phone will rong once then it’ll go busy. I knew something was odd ‘coz the number listed is 650 area code."

"The absolute worst customer service i have ever had at a wingstop. They need to hire people who at least act like they care. This wingstop will be gone soon."

"I ordered a 6 piece boneless chicken tender combo thing at around 9:02pm. I wait for close to 40 minutes before finally getting my order (mind you, there were at least 15 online orders that I saw being completed). Anyhow, after finally getting my food after a long stressful day, at least I get to enjoy my boneless chicken tenders. Wrong. My order was wrong. They gave me boneFULL WINGS. Food tasted good but overall such an inconvenience."
