"Cashier was inattentive… I had to repeat my order twice on two different cashiers on two different register… the place was a mess in the kitchen and on the guest area… out of towel/tissue/napkin…. Sauce not included? You gotta pay for a ranch sauce in order to enjoy the wings? It’s a rip off!… 20 minutes wait for 10 wings on one customer? It’ll take forever on peak time to get your food… people got 30 minutes avg work lunch to enjoy meal not wait on it. All these wage increase demand for a incompetent service employees."

"This location is probably my favorite. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s all worth it. Every time I go here, I see every single employee working and my order is always ready by the time I get there. The closest location to me is Escondido, but the smell of that location is atrocious and the quality of service isn’t good. Every time I go to Escondido, I only see one worker working while there’s 2-3 people on their phones not caring about what’s going on around them. San Marcos location I always see all employees working. The quality in service is amazing. I don’t order wingstop that often anymore but when I do, please go to this location. Wings are always saucy & tender. This picture doesn’t do it justice but trust me, it’s good!! Thank you for your effort!"

"When I walked in three staff members looked at me, didn't say anything, then all 3 walked in the back. After 15 minutes i ordered my food and went to the restroom. There was no toilet paper. Paper towels. Etc. The bathroom was dirty. I will never come back here. This place won't be in business much longer. You can't treat customers like this and expect any repeat business. My advice to anyone reading this is Don't waste your time or money. This place stinks."

"Food is good. Orders can go past the estimated completion window. Sometimes the drinks or ice are out. Customizations get messed up. A substitution will end up being an addition. Tables and counters are often dirty. Be careful with take out bags as the bottom can be greasy and end up on your car seats."
