"Every time I come to this Wingstop location, the service is extremely slow. Even when there’s only one person ahead of me, I end up waiting around 10 minutes just to be helped. The staff often seem distracted, standing around or pretending to be busy instead of taking care of customers. This isn’t just a one-time thing — it’s happened on multiple visits, at different days and times. Very disappointing experience overall."
