"I had a really good experience at Wingstop. The workers were very nice and welcoming, and the service was fast. Francisco was especially kind and made sure everything was correct with my order. He had a positive attitude and made the whole experience even better. The food was fresh and flavorful, and I will definitely be coming back again."

"Service and staff are extremely unprofessional. After picking up my online order, I realized an entire order was missing and drove 20 minutes back to the store. The manager, who was not in-store, spoke with me by phone and stated a refund would be issued. Afterwards another employee began arguing that the food had been included and I showed photos showing items were missing. They left and later they provided the missing items. I was then told the refund was somehow denied. I asked for explanation they said the food was now fulfilled and it was the food or the refund. Even though half my order was still at home. I was told I was being irrational and illogical for asking for both, despite the refund being promised. The interaction was uncomfortable and clearly not going anywhere. I left and as I was leaving, a female employee continued arguing and yelling at me while I’m out the door. The staff seemed to unnecessarily escalated an issue which seemed to be resolved by the manager."

"Absolutely horrible. I couldnt even explain how disgusted I was when I recieved my order. They barely put any sauce on my wings and the chicken looked uncooked and dry. Probably the driest wings Ive ever had in my life. There was more un-sauced areas than sauced up areas."
