"I usually don’t write reviews, but what I witnessed and personally experienced at this Wingstop location was bad enough that others need to know before visiting. From the moment I walked in, the vibe from the staff was unwelcoming. At one point I overheard employees in the back openly mocking customers loud enough that people in the dining area could hear it. It was unprofessional and honestly shocking. It didn’t stop there. I was also on the receiving end of rude, dismissive behavior from the staff when placing my order. No basic courtesy, no customer service just attitude. And I wasn’t the only one. I watched another customer get treated the same way, which made it clear this isn’t a one-off thing it’s the culture at this location. The food might be fine, but no meal is worth being disrespected. Management seriously needs to address how their team speaks to and about the people keeping their business open. Until something changes, I won’t be returning and I’d caution others to think twice before visiting this location"

"Dude, I don’t understand. This place is so filthy. Everything is somehow always out of order. The sodas are always just straight bubbly water. The fries are soggy and cold. If you order chicken strips, you’re definitely getting chicken nuggets. And never the quantity you paid for. I just don’t understand it. It’s so disappointing. At this point you need to scrap the current revolving staff and bring in a whole new team. Cause genuinely it is so embarrassing. It’s always empty. ironically, usually everybody’s relatively nice. But the five years that I’ve been going to this location I never see the same person twice. And I’ll go once or twice a year. And every single time for the past five years it has been an absolute letdown. I’m tired of having to go 25 minutes Out of my way just to go get Wingstop. Just so I can avoid this location. I went today. Specifically, I showed up at 10:30… The doors were already being closed and the grill was already being scrubbed down. They’re open till midnight. It’s literally Monday. Like what the hell really is going on?"

"Just fast food chickens and fries, shouldn’t anticipate more since sometimes it occurring a long line and sometimes the chicken flavor fried weird. If you want to have a fast lunch, here’s a good choice. Otherwise, maybe choose other places."

"I attempted to order and Sophia was really rude from the beginning. I stood in line for like a couple of minutes and no one greeted me or anything as they were counting the drawer I said can I order Sophia said when I’m done counting the drawer surely after I just walked out because I’m not about to stand here while you count a whole drawer"

"I went in an hour before they were closing, and the chairs were already up so no one can eat inside so I took my order to go. The cashier named Jennifer asked me if I was paying cash or Card. I told her cash and then she’s like I don’t have any change right now so I said “card I guess then” and I’m thinking why would you ask me if I’m paying cash or card if you don’t have any change ? you could’ve just told me from the start you’re only taking card and then when I proceed to pay with the card, she asked me card? I’m like thinking yes what other way would I pay if you’re not taking cash so it’s just like I really didn’t appreciate her attitude and honestly, she acted ignorant & when she gave me the receipt, she didn’t even say thank you or anything & when she told me she didn’t have change, She didn’t even say sorry about that or anything. Just a rude attitude overall."
