"Totally unacceptable for the price $18.99 for the boneless wing bundle all I got was popcorn chicken, pieces where no bigger then the fork totally b.s. I ordered online food was cold I even picked up food B4 ready time said fries asked for well done they were raw don't waste your hard earned money here."

"Horrible service, second time they take 30 minutes for 2 8 piece combos, I use to work at a different wing stop so I know what I’m talking about, boneless takes 5 minutes and classic (bone in) take 7 minutes to cook fries another 1:30 minutes and I asked the cashier to make it to go because they took too long and I don’t want to be late to work, and I told him specifically to bag each order in different bags and he agreed so once my order was done My girlfriend told him we asked for 2 bags, this idiot gives us 2 big bags when our orders are small. they have 3 or 4 workers what are they doing to suck so bad and take forever for simple orders, it’s easy it’s not rocket science, they need better management and training, last times spending my well earned money. To top it off we bagged our own order, horrible customer service. Every more they all laugh when we walk out."

"I personally wont go back here. After 2-3 wings i dipped in the ranch i notice a hair in the ranch. I called just to let them know (not like i was asking for a refund) & the lady put me on hold and hung up. I called back and they didnt answer my calls... very profesional"

"I went last night with a couple of friends, it took 4 ever for our order to be ready, then I buy a small combo to go and took more than 30 min to be ready and it was no more orders before mine, when I get home and I saw the fries they look nasty and taste the same way, my husband didn't eat it, it was my first time there and I dont know if I'm going back"
