"Loyalty to their employees over the customer. Absolutely terrible service. I didn’t receive my fries on a big family order, and the worker mentioned they double checked but not in my case. The worker said they didn’t believe me when they trust the worker when I would not come back to the restaurant just for an order of fries. I am a child of God and would not lie over FRIES. I know it isn’t a big deal and I can live without fries but it’s the principal of them not believing the customer for THEIR mistake? Very very disappointed when Wingstop has such amazing food and that this experience had to ruin it."

"Update: Gave them a second try. It's a no for me next time. Food is not cooked per order requests. Front counter workers have bad attitudes. Try another spot. apparently you can't have your food well-done anymore and extra cook time is limited to 5 minutes. I dont want soggy fries and undercooked wings. It used to be good but they keep cycling through new cooks that it doesnt stay consistent."

"This is upsetting I love wing stop I live 40min away I'm willing to drive for wings but this time it was just not it! I got the deal 20wings for $20 to my surprise when I get home they are soooo tiny no meat so upset ok I get it 20 for 20 but man add that they are tiny 20 wings for 20 😩 so sad i was happy to eat wing stop to celebrate my birthday"
