"Wingstop never disappoints. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the sauces were on point. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and everything came out fresh. Staff (Efrain )was friendly and the order was ready on time. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving wings."

"I went to wing stop to pick up my order when I got home which is 4 mins from there everything was cold and they gave the wrong order when I called I spoke to a manager who informed me they would replacee meal the next day.Called in to put order in and get my replacement Lauren was extremely rude and in patient I explained everything to her so she said it was nothing they could do even though they promise to replace it.i ask for a general manager she very rudely said I am the general manager and I said no and hung up the phone not only did I receive the wrong order and extremely cold fies Lauren showed and expressed how customers are not valued at there location. Beware"

"Placed an online order to use my gift card. I was told the gift card isn't the full balance, so I can't. Use it for my order. I had to pay in full on my credit card. Its just frustring that I have a usless giftcard. Im not the person to ask for a manager. Just a bad experience and reccomend no to buy a giftcard from this place."

"This store often operates without a manager, which has led to rude, disrespectful, and offensive behavior by employees toward food delivery drivers, including myself. Delivery drivers are regularly treated with hostility and a lack of basic respect, making it difficult to do our jobs. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poor management. Immediate attention and corrective action are needed."

"Ordering from Wingstop for pickup is incredibly easy thanks to their app. I appreciate how seamless it is to customize my order, check estimated pickup times, and pay using Apple Pay—it's a very convenient process. The customer service is also worth mentioning. The staff at this location are consistently friendly. There's an older gentleman who often greets me as soon as I walk in and hands me my order with a genuine smile. That personal touch makes a difference. Unfortunately, the food portions seem to be shrinking—likely a sign of inflation. I usually go for the bone-in wings, but lately, they've been noticeably smaller and less meaty. It's disappointing when you’re paying for what used to be a more satisfying portion. The Louisiana Voodoo Fries, which were once generously heaped, now come packed into a much smaller container. Given the portion changes, I may start making wings and fries at home instead. While the service remains great, the value just isn’t what it used to be."
