"You guys are good wings are so good super tasty but you need to improve your fries quality. Your fries potatoes need to peed off and some time half of potato comes while eating just upgrade fries"

"Walked in to place an order for take out. I just ordered a 10 piece combo. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I waited for over 35+ minutes. Once I arrive home I see that. I was given the wrong flavored wings. I ordered Mango Habanero. I received BBQ. I also ordered well done fries and instead it was soggy. I also ordered Voodoo Fries and it was a mess and hardly any ranch on the fries. I want a refund. I’m currently on the phone trying to speak to a team member of this establishment. I called about 20 times and I am also trying to stay on the line and wait 10 minutes at a time. AND STILL NO ANSWER. It’s unfortunate that this is happening and not sure why they have a phone if they don’t answer? So, I have to physically come back to the store to explain their mistakes instead of doing it over the phone. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I don’t have a problem with the one in Manteca. Very frustrated with this Wingstop Location in Tracy. STILL waiting on the phone. I guess I have to go in physically!"

"This Wingstop in Tracy was perfect. They told me of all items that were broken with drink machine before I ordered. They quoted me a length of time for my food and it came out in that exact time. Great service these days with a smile seems tougher to find. We’ll look no further this place Rocks!!!"

"I ordered 10 PCS combo. I ordered spicy Korean and garlic Parmesan and fries. I love their fries got home to find the fries were burnt, cold and dry and my wings were boneless. I live 3 1/2 miles away. I was not going to go back to get them to replace them. This happens every time. The garlic Parmesan were so salty I couldn’t even eat them."
