"Service is good. But this store is not franchised and you will not get ranch with your order and the ranch is over 3 dollars a per 2 oz cup. I find it wildly inconsiderate and overpriced. I called customer care because I felt I was being scammed. Go to other locations where ranch comes with wings and extras are no more than 1.50 and they don’t allow tips for their employees which is the only good thing they got going. I hope they get the acknowledgment and money they deserve"

"Fries were extremely over cooked. Very soggy. There was so much oil it all kind of just stuck together! Clearly not fresh. My Asian zing bone in wings were undercooked and the sauce was extremely thick like a sweet paste. Not like it usually is. My boneless mild wings were also over cooked and extremely dry. Nothing in this order was fresh."

"Online orders are filled AFTER in-store orders. The wait times are terrible and ALWAYS longer than what is displayed on the app/website. I had to cancel my order after going to the restaurant past the ‘ready time’. They were several orders behind and had not started my order. Refund takes a week and I had to go back to work without food :o("

"I can’t remember the last time I went in there and didn’t love the boneless wings. The fries are hit or miss, usually a miss. The homemade ranch is the best. Wingstop is a guilty pleasure for sure."

"Got 18 wings -honey bbq and lemon pepper . All hard as a rock ,bbq barely had any sauce . The lady at the register was super sweet helpful welcoming . The older female behind her was not welcoming had a nasty attitude and was dressed sloppy with her pants sagging ."
