"This was my first time visiting this location. I usually go to the one on 17 & Grand, but while we were out shopping, my husband and I decided to give this one a try and it was a great choice! Eric greeted us right away, and even though there was a line, the wait was short. He provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. Sometimes you visit fast-food places expecting good food but basic service and long wait times this location was the opposite. Everyone was joyful, the wait time was fast, and the food was great. They did forget my veggie sticks, which I didn’t notice until I got home. When I called, they kindly offered to remake my combo, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was great."

"The customer service at this location is fantastic. I ordered delivery, and unfortunately the Uber driver opened my bag and one of my drinks. I called the store to let them know I wasn’t comfortable eating the food given the condition it arrived in, and they were more than happy to remake my order and have it re-delivered. I told them I didn’t mind picking it up myself. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and understanding. They even took down the driver’s information to address the issue. This is our go-to Wingstop location, and experiences like this are exactly why."

"Friendly staff. The food was freshly made and delicious. Ordered a 100 piece meal to have with friends, with fries as a choice of sides. My favorite flavors were garlic Parmesan and mango habanero. I liked the fries too! Very clean store. Would definitely come back."

"The service was amazing. The cashier the helping us. It was really nice, I believe her name was Andrea, she make sure we got her order on time even when the place was packed, and when I asked her to make sure my wings were wet and well done, she went in the back told the cooks, the food came out really delicious and my whole family loved it"

"Our order (which was one of the ONLY mobile orders at the time) sat on the shelf for almost 20 minutes after the promised time, while we waited in store for it, all because the cashier didn’t double check the last name on the order. She claimed there were “2 Daniel’s”, but didn’t bother asking for the last name and never followed up until we asked and had been waiting in a nearly empty store."
