"My first experience here was terrible i went to get a pick up order and it wasn’t ready. The lady told us that it was 6 more minutes and we waited. I had ordered A seasoning for my fries and they didn’t put the seasoning. Also the boneless wings were burned here are some pictures. When you bite them they tasted really burnt i didn’t look at my order until I was home and it’s already closed so i couldn’t go back to ask for a refund or replacement."

"This particular Wing Stop is pretty great. So don’t listen to someone who posts reviews from a restricted profile. Honestly, I haven’t had anything burnt from the kitchen. If it looks burnt, let them know and whether or not it’s just the flavor rub. Might give off a different texture in the end, but still a great place to order ahead or even enjoy a meal there. The staff is always friendly and they can get busy around sporting events, so a wait time for the order is understandable. Though I’ve never had a wait time beyond 10 minutes and that was them preparing a hundred plus wings for a football party. Still if you need help, it doesn’t hurt to ask. Just be polite and friendly, they’ll be happy to help out if anything is wrong."

"Chill atmosphere, nice employees and most of all....I ordered on doordash app, walked inside 2 min later and my order was almost done!!! 😳 Like that was crazy fassttttt. Love ❤️ it when your food taste just like it's supposed to be and it's fast!"

"Union city Wingstop location is by far the worst location and the employee who helped us was very rude- named Pedro. He told us there was going to be a thirty minute wait time when we ordered and 40 minutes later told us another 15 min and then another 8 min only to be told there will be an even longer wait time. We cancelled our order and did not even get an apology for their mistake to give another customer our order. Hopefully Wingtop hires better employees at this location who are more experienced and have better customer service."

"This restaurant doesn't follow the posted open hours. At least they should post on the building different lobby hours if that's what their going for. After 9pm whoever is in charge of the shift will not let you dine in the lobby."
