"The food here is terrible. I should have listened when my mom told me how bad it was. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with seasoned fries, which I guess is just called regular fries. They gave me cold seasoned sweet potato fries, and the chicken sandwich was also cold and the bread was getting soggy because of the mild sauce that must have been sitting for awhile. I’m pretty sure they handed me an old meal. Even the soda syrup wasn’t right, and when I told the counter staff nothing was done. This place is disgusting and should be checked by the health department."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My order was messed up & I asked for a refund. Person at the front said “I don’t know how to do refunds so I can’t”…wow. So he says he’ll have his manager do my refund and proceeds to ask her through text since she’s not in store. Then says “you’ll get your refund in 3 days”. I let 5 days go by before I called them stating that I’m yet to receive a refund. Before the “he said she said” hassle I had over the phone with them, the manager proceeds to tell me to just dispute the charge with my bank. EXCUSE ME ?? How unprofessional can they be ? As I proceed to tell them that I’m unable to do that due to paying with my Apple Card, the manager tells me she will write my name in a book and I can call them to place an order of my choice. Today I decided to do that, and the man on the phone states that the manager told him they’re only able to give me the order that I initially wanted refunded, which was the wrong order to begin with!! The order that they had messed up!!! I’ve never had to deal with such an unprofessional establishment like this one in my life !!! I used to be a loyal customer, but I’m never coming back here again. Listen to the reviews yall."

"After continually getting bad chicken at Bdubs, we decided to order from Wingstop. I had a large order delivered to watch the game with. The ease of ordering online was great but what was even better was the FRESHNESS of the chicken! Perfect amount of crispness and very warm juicy chicken. It was amazing. Whomever is the chef at 2:00 on Saturday afternoon, thank you!!!"

"It’s Super Bowl Sunday and I placed an online order at 1pm and it told me pickup was as 2:30pm. I’ve been waiting for my order for about an hour now. Despite the long wait, it’s Super Bowl Sunday, I just want to show my appreciation for management on how they are dealing with the amount of people here. They are: + reading out peoples orders (even orders that they have already called + they are staying professional despite people nagging them. + they still remember to give people their cups (despite people just picking up their bag and rushing out)."
