"I bought food for my son and I, my son wanted to try the Parmesan chicken tenders along with his bbq chicken. He didn’t end up eating the chicken tenders, and they were stored in the refrigerator. The next day I put them in the microwave and it made a zapping noise, almost caught fire. This tells me that this food is not safe for consumption. I called them to inform them on this matter, and they said it’s nothing they could do. They gave a “corporate number” that didn’t work, and the online number is no good either. DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN TENDERS. Avoid this place all together, no accountability"

"First off trying to get a water cup from sings that don't know rules about giving water to customers let alone trying to get a side of ranch for 30 wings was out of the question. The wings are good. But charging 3.39 for a water cup should be legal. And im pretty sure they have to provide water for paying customers. Customer.servive NOT so good. Casher didn't know how to put in my order. Not going back"

"This is one option late night whenever everything else are closed. They are open until 1am. I am a regular carry out customer and so far an ok experience as I always pick up later than the pick up time listed. Plenty of flavors are must-try once in a while but the bone in lemon paper is always the favorite to-go and eat at home. Small space inside and always busy. Plenty of parking located at Gateway Plaza."

"Horrible wings! As soon as i got the wings and opened the box i noticed a very pungent funky smell.. threw me off , and i decided too ignore the smell and thought i was just being paranoid but it smelled rotten.. and it tasted rotten and very spoiled and just something was very off. i didn’t complain becuase i was in a hurry but my friend said the wings tasted and smelled very rotten! horrible experience i really hope we don’t get food poisoning!! Never coming here again!"

"The place needs a clean up every now and then. Paper towels and stuff on the floor. Sticky tables and chair. Went in to get an online order after receiving an email confirmation that it is ready 16 to 21 minutes. Arrived after 25mins but Store manager said 5 more minutes after checking at the kitchen and they will be ready. After 7 minutes talked to another staff about my order and she said 8 more minutes when she asked those who are preparing my order. So what's with these waiting issues? Spicy korean is super salty you have to wipe the sauce with a brown paper towel and soak it with ranch sauce so as not to waste it. What a horrible experience."
