"Waited a 10 min just for my order to be taken said it would be 20 min wait. I waited a hour and half for a 8 piece. By time it got to me it was cold. Bad, poor, slow service. Need faster & wiser workers"

"Ridiculous wait time. Ordered online and still wasnt ready when I got there. Counter person was telling everyone the same thing when coming to pick up10 mins more, but turned into longer. Not sure who management is but they need to do better."

"You would think that if you placed an order for pickup at a certain time it would be ready, but no. I had marked pick up for 3:00pm, at 3:10pm I was still waiting for half of the order to be completed. This location did open about two weeks ago, so maybe things will improve ? Staff was at least friendly."
