"I bought 100 wings, spent $150+ on my order, 40 lemon pepper, 40 original hot and 20 bbq….they were all under cooked, no flavor, no seasoning at all!!! My 1st time ordering at this location on Azusa and LAST….as I normally order from the LaPuente location and they always get it right!! Guess which 1 is lemon pepper, you can’t right..guess which is original hot, still can’t right… BBQ were raw, so gross!!! Very disappointing and waste of my money….wish I would have opened everything up before leaving… 0 stars!!"

"I came here around lunch time and Briana had help take my order and was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped recommend deals and combos I should try and flavors as well. She made sure I also was welcomed into the store as soon as I walked in and when she gave me my order I saw that she made sure that my order was correct. The service from her was outstanding and perfect. The only thing is that I have been here other times and been helped from other employees and the service and food is wayyyyy different and the complete opposite. I do not feel welcomed, I get an attitude vibe, I do not get upsell options, my order takes a lot longer than it should and I end up having wrong and or missing items. Overall it seems the whole store needs to learn from Briana and or acknowledge her because it seems like she is the only one at this store that cares about not only her job but her customers as well and that is how customer service should be."

"Ordered a 20 piece combo and everything was great untillllll I found a FEATHER on the wing. I understand this is a chicken. But I pay decent money to ensure I am not eating FEATHERS!! I could not finish my meal. SMH. please train your team to ensure no feathers are sauced up on the wings."
