"It’s not often I write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Look, I love wings. I have a relationship with wings. And yes, this Wingstop has great wings. But today I’m here to rave about the service. Lorena deserves a raise. Full stop. I’m already having an incredible week and she somehow made it even better. The warmth, the attention, the genuine care. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had customer service like that. It made my whole visit feel easy and positive. I might become a regular here just to see her. Thank you, Lorena. This is the kind of customer service we all want and need in our lives."

"I am a resident of the top penthouse level in this building, and this business has severely impacted my—and others’—quality of life. The way their exhaust stack was installed on the rooftop is causing grease and fumes to flood the penthouse level, exposing residents to harmful PM2.5 particles and VOCs. The stack appears to be far too low, and the ductwork in the parking garage was not properly installed, compounding the issue. These fumes are inescapable and have significantly degraded what was once a great place to live. I strongly urge the company to address this issue immediately and take proper corrective measures. I hope to see meaningful action soon. How intrusive, disgusting and unacceptable."

"I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. Seems that the neighbors have a problem with Wingstop being below their house. It doesn’t stink like grease. I mean they do fry chicken, so yes it smells like fried chicken. The facilities are clean and the employees are super nice and accommodating.. I’m glad that there’s a Wingstop in the neighborhood!"

"Not sure why people are putting bad reviews. Everytime I go in it seems very clean, no weird grease smell (they are deep frying so you obviously will have fried food smell lol), I am always greeted with friendly faces. Food is good, fries are overly salty though."
