"Do not come here, do not order food! Food is absolutely horrible and the place is dirty too!!! Olga the manager is a liar, and thief! I went in December 23 to get a refund for the horrible food I picked up Dec. 22. She agree to give me a refund but for some strange reason charged my card again for the same order so at this point I am 62.04 in. Was told to wait a week to see the refund back on my Venmo card. Waited three weeks and nothing. Finally I go in Jan. 13 at about 1 o’clock and was told it was weird that i have not received a refund. Olga told me she would just give me cash at this point but that I needed to go back at 330 because it’s too early and she does not have 62.04 weird because every business place should have a bank so lied again. Go back at 330 and was told she left do to an emergency, had her employee call her on the phone and was told to go the next day at 930, Wingstop does not open till 11 so one more lie. I go in at 1130 Dec. 14 and was told the that the receipt shows I got a refund just because the top say I did, but the bottom of it say I got refund in cash which explains why I have not seen it on my credit card. Olga went as far as to say that she would give me the money out of her own pocket, other lie! So as a manager who has no clue how to do her job she should be fired! All this could have been prevented if she would have done her job correctly the first time!! It’s not even about the money at this point but the principal. Just a bad business overall!!"

"Love wingstop, but I’m always disappointed when I order from this specific location, my fries have been this way 3 times already. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when I order again and I’ve complained twice, they have made me go back to give them the fries they gave me in order to get new ones, very inconvenient. Sadly will have to drive to Cherry valley for wingstop now."

"The service was slow I placed an order ahead of time because I only have a 30min lunch time and when arrived there's one person doing the orders and she had her airpods on and talking on the phone it took her some minutes to ask me what I wanted, once I told her I was picking up she told me I still have 5min on your order in a mad tone. Does the health department allow them to be chewing gum not wear a hair net and use the airpods while on the clock? They don't deserve an A."

"I been Everywhere to get Wingstop. OC, LA and Riverside and this Location is by far the Worst Wing stop in quality of Wings. My Sister warned me not to get Wings here and i should of Listened they were BAD and a Total Waste of Money"
