"My daughter and I wanted takeout but I'm also trying to avoid grains. There aren't a lot of options for low to no grains in fast food and even fewer in Reunion so I decided on chicken wings because bone-in wings typically aren't breaded and I confirmed that about Wingstop online. I've lived in the area for over 2 years but I've honestly been afraid to try Wingstop because of the overall poor reviews. Many of those bad reviews seem to include ordering online before pickup so I decided to order in person. I interacted with 2 people during my visit. Both very friendly and professional. My food was ready in 15 minutes and wonderfully hot when I got it home. I ordered 15 wings; 8 Atomic and 7 Spicy Korean Q. At home I added a big pile of celery any my favorite ranch dressing. I knew from reviews that dressing is extra and they don't give much. So what when I get to have my preferred brand at home? The wings were moist, well sauced, and really good. I ate about half and saved the rest for lunch the next day. I'm glad I tried them and I'll definitely go back."

"We never had any issues from previous orders... however id like to compliment the fact that we ordered on a super busy wingday, superbowl sunday... and as we waited for our order, the kitchen was packed and everyone had happy smiles and vibes. For as stressed and busy as they were, it was sure nice to see them enjoying working together as a team and not stressed with mad bad day faces. Thanks !"

"Update: our wings were so dry my son choked on a bone. Taking him into the ER now. I didn’t order a dry rub either, so very weird. Maybe someone should call the health department. —————————- AVOID!! Overly seasoned on the fries and corn, and the wings are dry and barely sauced. $50 for a meal that is only half edible this isn’t ok!!!!"

"I ordered 1x 20pc Boneless Wings with Fries, 3x 10pc Wings with Fries & Beverages. My daughter drove 20 minutes each way, only to find two 10-piece wing orders missing. I called, and after a hold, they offered a refund. I wanted the missing food since it was for my son. I also asked if they could redo the fries since they’d be cold by the time we returned. They refused, saying the fries were in the bag. After pushing for a manager, they reluctantly agreed to replace one order of fries but said it was a "one-time exception." They refused to reheat the fries, insisting, "We didn’t make anything wrong." After another 40-minute trip, we finally got our food—wasted gas, time, and a late dinner. We spend $70+ per order here regularly, yet they treated us like we were asking too much. This store disrespected and disregarded us. No business that treats customers this way deserves our money. Own your mistakes and fix them—that’s basic customer service."

"Rare to get wings that are cooked right from this location. Either dry and old or nearly raw. Also this locations wings always have feathers on them. I always order online, inside is a zoo."
