"I went in on Christmas Eve because everything was busy and they were so kind and helpful! They let me try a new sauce I was unsure about. Gave me the right amount of sauce if not extra when my husband asked! Very punctual. Food was delicious. Only thing i would recommend was the sweet canisters either needed to be cleaned out or replaced! It tasted a bit off but thank you again will be going back fs!"

"Have 0 idea how to answer a phone. Accidentally placed order as bone in and wanted to change it to boneless. Called literally 20 seconds after placing order. Have been on hold for currently 20 minutes and counting. Already got notification delivery driver is on way. Absolutely BS that I'm given the option to change or cancel order only by calling, yet can't do it because they can't answer a phone. Whats the point?"

"This was my second time at this location, and it was just as disappointing as my first visit. I decided to go inside this time to order my food.. I was told by one of the girls that she needed to wait for one of the other ladies to ring me up because she couldn’t do it. The other lady didn’t show up until maybe 5 minutes later to help me and I was the only person in the place. They didn’t seem too busy either? I only had to wait about 10minutes for my food which was good! However, I had asked for extra crispy and they definitely were not. The mild sauce was pretty much just oil and tasted awful. They were out of almost all drinks too.. The Buffalo fries were the only thing on the menu that was okay..Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my food and for the price, I’d recommend going somewhere else. I won’t be returning."

"Awful customer service and food. The seasoning is never consistent. I was there Friday and ordered lemon pepper wings. Seasoning was very little. Tasted nearly plain. I called to see how they could fix it and they told me that’s how they make it. I could take the wings by but they will come out the same because that’s just how they make them. Then they put the blame on me for not notating in the order to put extra seasoning. I never do that at any other wingstop. I also provided my contact info for the manager as they were not in and haven’t received a call."

"🗣TRASH! take the drive and go somewhere else. Listen, my family LOVES wings. In fact, when my husband and I met that’s all we ate.. now here we are almost 13yrs later with kids and they love them too. When we moved to Colorado, we gave this location a try. We ordered like $70 in wings for the family. They were literally (not kidding), almost the size of drumsticks! How?!! And they were chewy as if they were undercooked. Talk about mad and do anyone ever really take the time to drive all the way back?! No. So I put them in the oven and cooked them longer. That was in November last year and I said never again. Today we ordered again, this time boneless and spent $35 on the 2 of the wing specials they had. They were dry, hardly ANY sauce and the lemon pepper seasoning was piled up on 2 wings. The corn was stale and dry and way too much seasoning. My toddler loves corn on the cob and has never handed one back to us. She did today though! This is crazy. This location is literal trash. It’s confirmed, we ain’t spending another dollar there..what’s the saying. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you got me (for the sake of the internet)messed up."
