"Ordered from Wingstop tonight, got through a little over half of my fries, couldn't swallow, coughed up in a panic for close to a minute. I finally got most of it out but still felt a long hair lodged in my throat. Finally got the hair out with fries tangled around it. I called to get a refund only to be told I have to come in, well I don't have a car and don't drive. Hence the online order. The employee was actually a little rude to me after I mentioned I can't come in. Id give 0 stars if I could and will not be eating here again. Im bald by the way, live alone and have BLACK hair so this isn't mine. Imagine the things that happen to this food that you don't see.... Edit: 11/7/25. Nearly 2 weeks since my bad experience. Wingstop, the local location and corporate just basically told me they won't be resolving the situation and won't be refunding my order and the reason... because this picture has been shared before... yes, they've been shared here, Twitter and Facebook from MY accounts. Turns out when you fail to address your customers concerns they get upset and will try to get attention from the company in any way possible. Anyway, it's now been disputed with my bank and I've reported the location to the local health department. Just some advice for potential customers. If you order here and have a bad experience do not expect them to help you out."

"Aaah! Wing Stop, in my mind I was choosing another fried chicken place that will surpass KFC ,and Popeyes , but I was not to be this way and I will tell you why. If you are used to KFC, Popeyes or even Churches chicken , you will know immediately who would you pick as the best, in the categories of flavor, looks, well cooked chicken and price for example Popeyes has a $6.00 big box, two pieces of delicious fried chicken with two sides. The soda is extra but, if you are already happy with your meal you will not mind paying for a soda or you may choose water which is free, you will love your choice of restaurant for a next time to choose a nice inexpensive meal that will leave you satisfied. I am sorry to say that Churches chicken moved out of our city, but if you remember the great taste of chicken you can compare in your mind how great it used to taste , KFC is another inexpensive choice for fried chicken, KFC used to be the best of the fried chicken restaurant and guess what it still is ,you can go not wrong choosing them again, with the guarantee that you will get some delicious fried chicken, now we have another team in the mix and it's called Wingstop, I had the opportunity to tried this FF restaurant and I will tell you about it, the place is located in North Avenue very visible from the avenue. I went to the counter and studied the menu and decided to purchase a 20 wing combo that included French fries and a drink of your choice. Well to begin with the chicken choice of flavors, the restaurant gives you the choice of flavor for the chicken , there are a few flavors to choose from, about 10 at least , the problem with this is that the flavor is only on top of the wings, the inside of the wings is non flavor not even salt flavor needless to say I did no fully enjoy my wings, I ended up putting some salt to give the inside of the wings some flavor, so now you know what to expect when you go to this restaurant. The side of French fries were ok nice and tasty, For drinks I choose root beer one of my favorite sodas which was good. The prices were a little higher than let's say Popeyes where you can have a nice big box lunch for $6 bucks my lunch cost me $18.49 , three times more than Popeyes and double the KFC nice dinner for$12.00 the difference is in the flavor KFC takes the top spot follows by Popeyes Louisiana Chicken takes the second place, and for now Wingstop takes the third place, but this only I have not check on other places, so for now that's the ranking for the best fried chicken in town, but this can change as I do find other fried chicken place. I give 3 stars over all plus 2 1/2 for the food based on the flavors. 3 on service, the reason why is because I ordered 20 wings and when I got home I discovered that I only had 10 wings, I call them and informed them that I have ordered 20 wings and that I had only 10, their response was I have ordered a combo choice that had 10 wings, I clarify to the person on the phone that I wanted 20 wings for my family of three adults, no matter if they can make it two orders, I live to far to go and pickup 10 more wings, so people if you dine in check that what you order is ok , or if you take it to go, inspect the contents to check if you have what you order. The atmosphere was very quiet, with two TVs with sports channels on them. I will give this business another day, hoping that things have improved. And another thing is that this is my first time at this place and the opinion is only mine, you are welcome to try it yourself to have your own opinion on this restaurant. On a rating from 1 to 10 I will give this restaurant a 6.in the future my rating may change or go up in my opinion or fall down."

"Well not what I expected! Wings were good but nothing special The original hot was good but the atomic sauce was absolutely terrible and not that hot. I can’t believe they use that on their wings. I enjoy spicy food and have had much spicier with still having great flavor not here with their atomic sauce. I all also got The voodoo fries great concept but bland not sure why? I may give them another try, but there is a lot of places to get good chicken wings these days and that won’t leave you disappointed."

"We've been wanting to try this spot even with the huge quantity of bad reviews. I guess we should have passed but we didn't know. We ordered a delivery of wings, two flavors with carrots and celery. Maybe I missed it but I couldn't find a place to order additional cups of the wing sauce which would be a nice addition to your options. The wings themselves, sorry to say, were all but inedible. I had the garlic parmesan and my wife had the buffalo I think it was. Mine tasted like rolls of paper sprinkled with some spice and my wife's were about the same. We ate one a piece and trashed the rest. We're not trying to be vindictive here but to just give our honest review and experience......it wasn't good."

"HOW does it take SOOOO long to get your order? Mind you it’s 7pm on a Tuesday. The food was okay. The fries are way too salty and the wings barely have sauce. The workers are so slow. You could see them playing around instead of working. Terrible terrible service. Also the building itself is disgustingly dirty. Do better."
