"Great service when I went in. I didnt expect the BBQ sauce to be so spicy though. I got all drums for a little more money. Was worth it! Foo was hot and fresh and seasoning on my fries was great. I wish there were actual wet napkins to take with you when to place To-go orders. These wings are messy but good. Please provide customers with wet napkins for meals to-go! The price is high for a combo of 10 wings and regular size drink. I paid about $20 for 10 wings."

"If you want Wingstop, go to literally any other location. I thought it was just the last two times, but this has now consistently been an issue. I ordered Hot Honey Rub and Garlic Parmesan, and instead I got the equivalent of Chicken Nuggets because there's ALMOST NO SEASONING AT ALL. The fries are also incredibly underseasoned and are basically plain French Fries (which is a big disappointment because Wingstop's fries were MILES better than other chain's fries). When I go to other locations, they're food is fine, but as I mentioned, the last couple times I've ordered, I've consistently gotten disappointing meals."

"I opened my box in front of the person working there and told him that the wings were dry and barely with any sauce. I ordered them wet he insisted that giving cold sauce was the best he can do. Barely speaks English miss spells my name and making us wait for like extra 20 min. Then he starts laughing at me and my family all while pointing a finger at me and my kids while speaking Spanish. Thanks a lot Wingstop I mean come on I don’t want you to do me any favors give me what I paid for nothing more or less. This was use to be my favorite place to get wings but the last 4 times ordered it’s gotten worse and worse and I have held my tongue."

"Santiago was very rude, forgot about my order under the hot lamp. I waited almost an hr at this location. Watched others that order way after me get their food before me. On top of all that got my order wrong said it was my fault even tho the recept said otherwise. I spent over 60$ on this order and it was like pulling teeth just to get some veggie sticks witch came with the order originally. Honestly vary dissatisfied with overall service and honestly never attending this location again. Expect a long wait at thus location."

"every time i have went i have had very pleasant experiences but my last time was very sucky. that girl anicia was very rude and didn’t do her job at all. my friend asked her if she can refill the soda machine only for her to respond with “theres nothing i can do” and walked away, when minites after another girl that was clearly on her break did it for her. wish i got the good workers name because she did give amazing customer service."
