"I put in an order for carryout this afternoon. The food was (mostly) tasty, employees were polite and the establishment seemed clean. Order was ready within the time frame advertised as well. However, we drove almost 30 minutes for wingstop to this location and upon arrival home we found that our order was wrong. We paid extra for mix and match bone in and boneless but only got boneless. Mixing and matching bone in and boneless cost us almost $7 extra, so it is pretty upsetting that they disregarded that from our order. There is a reason we paid extra for it. We had started eating when I took the pictures attached but as you can see here there is no sign of bone in wings (we get the 3 flavor, 30 pack). Additionally, as you can see from the pictures of the “buffalo ranch fries” - they were just soggy and unseasoned fries somewhat covered in hot sauce. Is the ranch in the room with us? Perhaps I am missing something but I see no ranch here. Sure it’s fast food, but this order cost us almost $60 dollars so I expect better and I expect the things we pay extra for to be in the order."

"Whenever I ask them to make my wings fried well its like they purposely dont fry them that way. It's very frustrating. I take my food home and my wings aren't even brown! They are super light! Next time I'll start checking before I walk out..."

"We ordered at 440pm on a Saturday afternoon, we were a walk in. We spent about $50. We got a15pcs wing combo came with fries and 2soda's you choose your flavor coke machine is a free style machine. We also ordered a 5pcs tender which came with fries and a soda..fries are a large portion. The place is absolutely a smooth running establishment, everyone knows there job, employees were not on the phones, attentively focusing on getting the orders out. Handicap bathrooms and Very clean inside the waiting area or you can sit inside they have table and chairs. They also have a ramp on the right side of building..oh and the food and service 10 stars ********** You won't be disappointed ☺️"

"I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer for over five years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked into the pickup area, there was only one customer ahead of me. Diana assisted that person, then looked directly at me and ignored me. Instead of helping me, she walked over to the cashier and served someone who arrived after me. After that customer left, she continued working and still did not acknowledge me at all. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and made me feel completely disregarded as a customer. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been an isolated experience over the years. I’ve consistently had poor customer service at this location, and management really needs to reconsider who they’re hiring and how staff are trained. Customer-facing employees should want to be there and treat everyone with respect if someone doesn’t like the job, they shouldn’t be working the front. I sincerely hope management takes this incident with Diana into consideration and makes changes, whether that’s better training, better staffing decisions, or both. Customers shouldn’t be ignored, especially when they’ve been loyal for years."

"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Wingstop. The wings are really, really good. The were high quality, butchered well, sauce was fantastic and they were crispy wings. Went on a Sunday evening in October, there must have been 10 employees pumping out wings. I arrived 5 minutes early. The employee asked my name and she said 5 more minutes. I thought to myself, "no chance she remembers me." They were pumping out 20-30 wings a minute. Probably 8 customers before me. I was wrong. She knew exactly who I was. I guess I have a new favorite wing spot. I'm still in shock. Got the Lemon Pepper, BBQ, original, and garlic Parm, all with blue cheese. Solid veggie stick quantity and super fresh. Excellent work."
