"For Chrishiana, not sure if this is spelled correctly. I give 5 stars for her service. The day I came in to pick up my order, three individuals were in the kitchen area talking. They saw me waiting and did not attempt to assist. This young lady, who was working the register at the time, closed out with the existing customer and came to assist me. My order was ready, and all she had to do was pass it to me. The other 3 individuals sat while she did all the work."

"Terribly rude customer service after they forgot half my order. My friends and I ordered five meal combos from the Wingstop website. After waiting over an hour for delivery, we realized they did not pack ANY of the fries. The driver confirmed he only received the single sealed bag we got. When I called Wingstop, the customer service was unbelievably rude. I asked for either the missing fries to be sent out immediately or a refund for the inconvenience. The employee laughed at me, accused me of lying because “too many people try to get free food,” and said he’d “just refund the fries.” (Which—no kidding—we didn’t even receive!) It’s been four days, and there's still no refund. I’ve submitted two customer service requests, and no one has responded. If you order from here, be prepared to not get your full order and to deal with employees who clearly don’t care. Absolutely unacceptable."

"Tried this location based on reviews and distance they must be paid reviews food was disgusting today! Fried corn wasn’t fried, my fries had to be mixed in with fries from January and it is now the month of august. Boneless wings was just not hitting why is the crispy part soggy and sliding completely off the meat? Hot honey rub was missing HONEY however the chicken wings w/ bone in were the only part of my order i enjoyed."

"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I'm convinced the staff takes doordash orders, eat them for themselves and tell you that the door dash driver stole it. I've seen multiple reviews with similar experience, and I NEVER have that issue ordering any other place in the area. I even called multiple times regarding my order. The first 2 times no one told me it was taken. Then on the 3rd call it was a rude young lady who not only told me "Take it up with door dash", but she also hung up on my face when asking why nobody informed me upon my other calls. Over 2 hours of waiting to have to reorder at 1:30am right before close and they STILL messed up the order down to the wrong drink. If you want decent experience, just go pick up and WATCH them as they prepare your food. I strongly advise you."

"I hate the location. I don't feel safe parking over here at night. Most of the staff are ruuuuuude. A couple of the guys are very sweet. If not for them......1s across the board lol"
