"First thing i witnessed was no gloves,not even the manager not good. a lot of playing around in the kitchen girls coughing over food. This is unacceptable i spoke to the manager and he did nothing manger was in the black in pictures. they seem to take people" s food like a joke. girl sucking on lollipop like it ok. They dont take there job seriously. Maybe its time for undercover boss in here. Not on of them washed ther hands.they need help like a food inspector. 😡😡"

"I took my 13 and 16 year old for the 1st (and last) time. The only thing they do is Chicken. It really shouldn't take 45 minutes to get my order. I ordered at the counter, nothing complicated. Just ordering took 5 minutes because the girl working the counter was gabbing with a customer then walked into the back. Everyone was in the back, clowning around, talking, laughing, everything but working. After ordering, I watched 3 other customers come in, order at the counter, and receive their order before us. At 25-30 minutes, I caught the eye of the girl I had ordered from and she acted like she never saw me before. She had a blank look, walked to the back, returned a minute or 2 later and announced they are working on it and it would be a few more minutes. By a few she apparently meant 10-15 more. The wings just weren't that good, and certainly not worth the wait or watching the "workers" that looked more like toddlers at recess. Food handling was abysmal and the store in general felt unkempt and barely prepared for customers. I would certainly NEVER want the girls/women in my life to go there at night alone."

"I love the food. Never had a problem. However, when you walk in, there is no greeting. The staff doesn't acknowledge you. I had to literally yell to get someone’s attention so I could pick my order up. No “Hello! How are you?” Nothing. Where the drinks are located is messy. The tops to the cups are spilled on the counter, ice everywhere and beverages spilled on there as well. The service really needs to be fixed. As a consumer if I’m spending my money, I don’t want to be treated as if I’m bothering you to pick up my food."

"Long story short.. Our Door Dasher stole our food. I called and spoke with the manager Jayla. She made the food fresh and personally delivered it to us!! I've orderd a few times but she made us a devoted customer. She took the time to listen and help with our issue. I love that she personally delivered it, she didn;'t have to do all that BUT we appreciated it very much. She was so kind and genuine. Thank you, Jayla!!"

"The wings have gotten alot smaller. Still taste good but definitely not like they used to. Cleaning is obviously not on the daily to do list. And it felt like our family was at a club with the music in the back blaring over the one in the dinning room people dancing and singing. Has gone way down. But I think it's the cleaning part that is the worst."
