"I placed an order at 10:15 for 15 wings by delivery. when my order arrived the bag felt kind of light but it was sealed When I did open the bag I discovered that I received someone else's order I only received five chicken wings and one order of fries. I am extremely upset and hungry because I did not receive what I paid for. I spent $27 and received a 1/3rd of the food that I was supposed to get. I proceeded to call the store and spoke with a gentleman who did his best to assist me and spoke with his manager. He assured me that the manager was going to put my order back into the system and send out the correct order to me. when I called back in about 45 minutes to check on the status of my order because I did not receive anything, the automated system informed me that the store was now closed. I am beyond pissed off at this point! I got even more upset because not only was my money taken from me I did not receive what I paid for and I am still hungry! I order from Wingstop a lot but I will be rethinking my decision in the future if this is the way how you as a franchise treats your customers when you as the store makes a mistake with the order that the customer has paid for. The young man that I spoke with was extremely helpful and this is not his fault or a reflection of the service he gave. He was extremely apologetic and he did a great job with assisting me in fixing this issue. This falls on management!"

"We saw many many bad reviews, but we risked it and decided to try it. All the reviews are false. Customer service was outstanding. Shoutout Jessenia. And we ordered a bunch stuff that were ready in less then 10 minutes. Food was very good. All wings are recommended except for atomic. Very bad taste and people just get it for the hotness."

"Placed a togo order sat inside for 30 minutes waiting. I definitely feel like they should have communicated. I asked for food to be bagged separately. They sealed up bags so I couldn’t check the order. I get home 30 minutes away and im Missing food. At this point they are offering to give me the fries that didn’t put in the bag. Trying to be argumentative that I forgot the fries but you packed the bag and handed to me as if order was complete. So ruining my dinner for my family they want to offer me the fries I paid for and didn’t get. Wont refund the order completely. Saying I left the fries no you failed to put them in the bags. And if your business cant guarantee everything is in the bag the bags need to remain unsealed so the order can be verified. I honestly am going to call corporate and write a few more reviews. Food is too expensive to be half quality."

"This was my first time dining on at a Wing Stop . The staff were incredible . From the girl who took my order and cheered me on about my great choices in flavors to the cooks who explained the items and offered a sample. Our meal was delicious and overexceeded my expectations. Definitely try the corn ( what a surprise) also try the fried and ranch"

"Wingstop never misses. The wings are always cooked perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the flavor options are elite. Lemon Pepper is a classic for a reason, and the Garlic Parmesan is straight addictive. Fries are seasoned to perfection and hit every time, especially when they’re fresh out the fryer. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the food is consistently good whether you dine in or take it to go. If you’re craving wings done right, Wingstop is always a safe bet."
