"This store or whoever the employee is working nights is disgraceful. Every order has missing items and missing ranch. Then completely unhelpful and rude. I was done from this store after hours of communication with several parties and did receive a refund for the employees disrespectful behavior. Unknowingly my child and friends made a delivery order tonight - again missing ranch and large side of ranch. Also he or they decided to cut holes in the bottom of the soft drinks... wild."

"Wibg stop used to be really good until they went Fast Food, now service and food has really changed. Its all right if you really want simply whatever make it quick but, its not that great and i would rather wait at Hooter or somewhere were people were friendly and not in bad moods. My food came at me with a push out the door , and the staff still arguing about the customer before me.. won't be going back there unless I don't have other choices."

"Had DoorDash, Were on time wings were very small. Wings were not even warm. I will not order from Wingstop again this was my first time. With a tip, my order was $55. It was definitely not worth it."

"I don’t mind waiting for food, but waiting just to get acknowledged is frustrating. Every time I come here it takes forever for someone to even help at the counter. Employees walk past without saying anything, and you’re left standing there wondering if anyone is working the front. The food is fine when you finally get it, but the lack of urgency and customer service makes it not worth the wait. This location seriously needs better front-of-house management."

"We placed our order 20 minutes before we got to the store. Once we got to the store we proceeded to wait over an hour for our order that was preordered. Nobody at the counter was acknowledging the fact we had been waiting an hour. It’s a shame because wing stop is a treat for us. Never coming to this wing stop again. EDIT: After starting the count down for hour two we finally got our food and the order is incorrect. Insanity."
