"I had to give them a shout out one time cause this the 2nd time this specific wing stop paid attention to special requests and delivered some fire food. Well done wings that were perfectly sauced with some well done fries that were perfectly seasoned and delivered in record time. Y'all boys were the MVP today after a rough day at work. We appreciate y'all and keep up the good work."

"I consistently have a good experience at this Wingstop location. I always place my order online and food is delicious every time. They are very prompt, & I've never had a problem with my order before. Ever since I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Deerfield location, I go out of my way to order from this location and they do not disappoint."

"I ordered food from this Wingstop and my order was completely wrong. When I went back to the store to get it corrected, the store manager refused to fix the order or issue a refund. No accountability, no attempt to help, just flat-out refusal. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters — and this location handled it terribly. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this Wingstop to anyone."
