"I’m almost positive this location gave my wife and I food poisoning on Super Bowl Sunday. I ordered online. I knew they would be busy so I left my house 5min after the time my order was supposed to be ready by. I got there and had to wait another 10min. The place was packed which was to be expected on the biggest sports game of the year. People who walked in to place an order were told it was an hour and a half wait time. That’s how behind they were. Never the less, I got my order and went home and enjoyed it…. Until about 30 minutes after it was consumed. My wife and I both began to feel nauseous, which later turned into light-headedness and further stomach pain. Not assuming it was the food that caused our discomfort, we then had leftovers the next day only to again have the same symptoms as the night before. Sucks…. I really like Wingstop but I won’t be trusting them again on an event of high demand."

"Placed online order that was supposed to be done by 10:52 but my order wasn’t given to me until 11:23. Everybody else I my party received their food at the time it was supposed be done.Waited all this time just for the order to be completely wrong. They put more hot honey seasoning on the fries than the actual chicken and did not put any Parmesan cheese that they charged me for on the corn. I understand it gets busy but nobody could even say sorry or even address the long time we had to wait."

"We order here online often and lately it’s been terrible. Very inconsistent quality with ZERO attention to order notes or extras that were ordered and paid for. Last couple of times it felt like they dump whatever was left over on our order. It arrive cold and looking like it was sitting in a tray for a while. It tasted terrible, it was ultra dry and well done as well. We will give them another try and if is wrong again we will find a different place to order."

"I'm not sure why this location has such a low rating as everytime we've visited here my order has been correct, my food has been hot, the employees are friendly and the service is speedy. I got the 16 boneless and 6 tenders with 2 large fries this time, the tenders were HUGE and the new sweet chili glaze was top tier! $30 dollars well spent 🔟🔟🔟🤤"
