"Ordered a big meal here. The food was good as always but this time they shorted us the veggies and a brownie. I ordered and paid for 2 on the app and when we got home is when we learned we had been shorted. I guess we can't trust them anymore. Even more annoying is that I called the store TWICE. I was put on hold TWICE by 2 different people, and both times they NEVER came back to the call. It's going to be difficult to order from this location again. If this is the kind of business they do, they don't need my money anymore. Especially if they are going to short my order. If I spend over $50 at a wing place, I expect to get what I paid for."

"Ordered the 20 boneless wing meal. The girl taking the order spoke so softly and mumbled that we both found ourselves leaning over the counter in order to catch what she said. She made no effort at all to speak up or show any interest in enunciating. We had to wait 20 minutes for the meal to be brought to our table. We were the only couple sat inside. It was noticeable that the fries were not very hot and almost mushed together. The over -riding taste of everything, was salt. I mean it was a salt fest. The boneless wings were so bad my girlfriend asked me if i thought it was real chicken. The four flavours of the wings had obviously been created by the kitchen demon, as each was so intense, but not in a good way. To say that each flavor was odd is not an exaggeration. The meal was that bad that we left most of it. Our parting words to each other was, " Never again, and, What the heck was that?". Lots of nearby parking."

"I rarely write negative reviews. However, I ordered in store and went home. I was really excited and when I got home, it ended up with this. Although they messed up, this flavor is distasteful and unsavory. Who ordered this?? Really??? Are they my classic mango habanero and lemon pepper??? Update: I received a gift card and apology. Next time, please do better."

"I know it’s Super Bowl and I understand the pressure but why tell a customer it’s going to take an hour and when it’s an hour they say “your order is not even on the screen, it’s going to take another hour”. They had about 7 people in the kitchen, and still couldn’t handle it. While I was in line canceling my order so was about six others. How disappointing."
