"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME, people need to stop patronizing this business just like they did with the neighbour's Chick fil a. Nasty food my wings were drenched in oil the bag had so much oil it came through the bag and transferred to my leather seats. The wings were not only drenched in cooking oil they were seasoned on one side. I called as soon as I arrived home and realized what I had been given Austin the manager said the oil in my car sear was not their fault. He referred me to general manager Donna who said she had to speak with someone else and call me back 3 weeks later still waiting on a call. Last night I went to the location by the promenade some delivery service providers said they pass that location to go to the promenade location because the customer service and food is awful in Deerfield on hillsboro rd, I couldn't agree more!"

"I'm a delivery driver and I was out working on Superbowl sunday an I received a order from wingstop,when I arrived they were super packed an extremely busy as if they were the only wingstop in the entire city. They had numerous amount of 30pcs plus wing orders an customers with attitudes, but through it all the entire team kept their composure, came togethe showed great communication skills, worked excellent together came up with a plan, got the situation under control an handled it like true professionals, changing the mood of the atmosphere to a more relaxed an cheerful, positive environment. I truly believe they deserve a pay raise or at least a bonus. Awesome job guys keep up the great work!"

"The food tastes like somebody dropped a bag of salt on everything. I thank the Lord that I purchased two drinks Because if it wasn’t for that, I don’t think I’d be here right now. My doctor called and said I’ve had enough sodium for the rest of the year. I ordered barbecue boneless wings – salt. I ordered Korean barbecue salt. The fries that I ordered look like somebody took a hose and sprayed salt and seasoning all over them. Oh, and also they were soggy. I had to put my name on a waiting list to order a new tongue because mine is now swollen and it feels funny. I can’t believe I paid $30 to walk out feeling like a bag of salt. Beware!!!"

"I’m genuinely confused how anyone thought it was acceptable to send out food like this. My wings weren’t tossed, they looked like someone just waved sauce near them and called it a day. And as if that wasn’t enough, the fries were cold, sad, and barely a handful , nowhere near the portion that’s supposed to come with the meal. Is this a joke? Because it feels like I paid full price for a half-hearted prank. This is absolutely ridiculous and honestly insulting. Do better. I should’ve known better when I seen a 2.6 star review I will never order from this place again!!!! Honestly, this place either needs to close its doors or hire a team that actually gives a damn about doing their jobs. This isn’t just bad service it’s straight-up disrespectful."

"Sunday night was a joke. The two cooks in the back acted like they were doing customers a favor by even touching the food — moving slow, laughing, and tossing orders together like it was a game. If you’re going to waste someone’s time, waste your momma’s, not the paying customers’. I ordered Louisiana Dry Rub, but what I got was a few stupid wings swimming in a cup of oil with barely any seasoning like them cooks running the kitchen. It looked like they just dumped grease in the box and called it a day. The manager needs to tighten up because this kitchen is running like a 2 man clown show."
