"this is the best wingstop (and the first wingstop i’ve ever been and ordered from) i have ever tried. the wings and fries and the ranch literally everything taste so fresh and delicioussss. the chicken sandwich is so good wish i didn’t order so much because it’s so filling too loll. I’d so recommend the sandwich though. the service was awesome and the people working there were very sweet. i wish there was more wingstop locations around here but this one is by far the best one i have ever been too. Great first visit"

"How is wingstop still a thing? I loved them so much precovid, but ever since, I have not had a good experience. We had a coupon that stated their location and everything and they would not accept it. The staff were friendly but had little knowledge of the job. Had to request plates and more. The worker had to go in a back room for each item."

"I would like to give the place a 3.5 . This rating is on the Louisiana rub and garlic parm flavored chicken strips. They were good but little dry for me. I generally don’t get a dry rub though. Corn was really good. Service was good even though they were swamped. Place looked clean. I would definitely give it a go again and try some different chicken. We got enough food to feed 4 to 5 people for 60.00 so pretty good value. Update( the hot honey flavor is fire) . We absolutely loved this flavor. We definitely will be trying out some of the other flavors"

"Hope your experience is better than mine. I ate inside. Ordered a 10 piece meal and fries and the wings were old and hard as soon as I opened the box at the table. I’ve eaten at a lot of Wingstop locations before, but this was the worst one I’ve ever been to. Hope your experience is better. Edit: I changed my review to 1 star after the store responded to my review with a standard corporate reply. Not even an apology. That's exactly how NOT to respond to reviews."

"I’ve been to this Wingstop three separate times in a three-hour period while DoorDashing, and every visit was the same disappointing experience. On my first pickup, the sweet tea and Coke were both out. I had to message the customer multiple times to switch their drink because each option they chose was unavailable. An hour later, on my second order, the exact same drinks were still out. No one had changed the nozzle or addressed the issue. Another hour after that, during my third pickup, the sodas were still out—and now the ice machine was empty too. When I politely mentioned that this was my third visit in three hours and that the machines still hadn’t been fixed, the staff brushed me off. A group of younger employees reacted negatively, and the woman at the counter told the customers behind me to “ignore him,” even though I wasn’t angry and was simply pointing out an ongoing issue. I also couldn’t get a clear answer on whether certain drinks were out, possibly due to a language barrier. For a location that handles a large number of DoorDash orders, keeping drinks filled, maintaining the ice machine, and communicating respectfully with customers should be basic expectations. If management has any doubt about how this situation unfolded, I strongly suggest reviewing the lobby cameras and audio from the time of these visits. The video will clearly show what happened . 930 pm"
