"I placed an order for delivery, and upon arrival the bag was open and unsealed, and on top of that it was not my order. I called the store to notify them of the issue, and when I describe what have happened the employee who answer who claimed to be the manager told me what do you want me to do about it? And I said excuse me you deliver the wrong order to my house. You provided the wrong order to DoorDash and she hung up the phone. I called back and she left me on silence as I was speaking to my wife about contacting corporation. I could hear the employee repeating what I was about to do to someone else in the other side of the phone so they had me on silence and did not want to speak to me, mind you I was not rude at all. I hung up the phone call back. They didn’t answer, call 10 times and they didn’t answer the phone. I was very upset at this point so I took the order that was delivered to my house and I took it to the store. It took 10 minutes for someone to say acknowledge me because they were all too busy cleaning mind you didn’t close for another hour and I said, hello to get their attention then I asked who’s the manager and the lady who claimed to be the manager was not the voice on the phone and she had no idea what’s going on, so I explained to her that someone pretended to be her and the statement that I was provided upon my claim of the wrong food delivery and on top of that they ignore my phone calls, so she apologized however, I don’t suggest that you order from this place. It was dirty. The delivery bag was un sealed, and the staff as you can see are very unprofessional stay away from this specific location because Wingstop is a great place to eat, but not here. I read some reviews and I’m not sure how an owner can not react to all these complaints and make changes. Sometimes problems and issues start from the top and they display on your employees. I would be ashamed. The picture shows how the bag was delivered to me. The context of the food is irrelevant, but I want you to know that you have to be careful when you receive your food in the bag if is open and unsealed. I then reported it to DoorDash and I spoke to the driver who stated that the bag was provided to him unsealed which he should not have accepted the bag, but that’s another story that needs to be taken care with DoorDash."

"15 minutes waiting, just two worker doing something back, somebody in break, the person who was in break come to the desk... Never ask who was the last one, it s kind of lack profesion. Very slowly, i cancelled the order because if not it was 15 more more minutes waiting"

"I ordered 20 pieces of wings on wingstop app, and the wait time is 8-13 minutes. I got to the store after 10 minutes, and I had to wait up to 30 more minutes to get my order. After got my order, the order is worst because they cut 5 pieces of wings into half and put in the bag instead of actual 20 pieces of wings. Worst service ever had in wingstop. Couldn’t get help or refund on the wingstop app. Not recommend this store ever again."

"I have a complaint to make about the Wingstop store located on US-1. What I went through today with one of the employees is a disgrace. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I expect the Manager or Owner of this location to take appropriate action regarding this employee’s conduct. All staff present were fully aware of how I was treated, yet no one intervened. I went to the store to pick up an order, since I work as a delivery drive at 12:05 am on Tuesday. An employee saw me from the other side of the store, walked in my direction, then turned away and continued preparing food without greeting me or asking how she could help. A moment later, another person walked into the store, and the same employee immediately approached her and asked how she could help. At that moment, I said to the employee, with all due respect, “Excuse me, but I was here first.” She rudely responded to me saying, “I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to her, so you keep quiet.” I asked her, “Excuse me, what did you just say?” She repeated, “You keep quiet, I’m talking to her,” and completely ignored me. That is the type of customer service you have at your Wingstop on US-1? It is shameful to have this type of treatment. Drivers are treated like garbage. I told her that I am also a customer and deserve to be treated with respect. She said, “You’re not a customer, you’re just a driver.” I repeated again that I was there first, and she chose to ignore me and disrespect me. She started raising her voice, shouting at me, which is completely unacceptable for any customer. I am also a customer, because I do buy food at this store as well. That employee treated me very poorly. You should review your cameras to see exactly how she treated me. I did not stay quiet, I raised my voice too, because nobody has the right to treat me like garbage, especially not in a place where I also purchase food. Instead of staying quiet and avoiding a conflict, she kept raising her voice and provoking me further. It is shameful that you have this kind of employee at your store. I really hope that person was not the shift leader, because this is completely unacceptable."

"This wingstop personally has never messed up my orders. I come here a few times a month and never had a problem. The food is great I order my wings well done for some crunch 👍 the sandwich was okay I wish it was a little more crunch but overall good food."
