"I've been visiting this location for a few years now and the service has always been amazing. Beyond clean in fact the most organized,clean and customer served wing stop with in 30 miles. The others should take a note from this owner."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Never Again! I went to Wingstop last night and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. First, the staff seemed completely disorganized — it took 30 minutes just to get a small order of wings, and when they finally came, they were cold and soggy. I asked for them to be spicy, but they were bland and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. To make things worse, the fries were undercooked and dripping with grease. The floor was sticky, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, and the music was way too loud to even have a conversation. I get that it’s fast food, but this was just sloppy. Not going back anytime soon. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing – Unprofessional Service I had a really bad experience at this Wingstop location. The customer service was awful from the moment I walked in. My order was wrong, and when I tried to speak to the manager, she refused to give me her name and didn’t seem interested in solving the issue at all. It felt like no one cared about the customers. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and I left feeling frustrated. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a well-known brand like Wingstop. I won’t be coming back."

"I have visited this Wingstop on several occasions being that is the closest one to my house but every time it’s a bad experience so I decided today to make a review the wings literally came soup style and undercooked when I told the gentleman that the front hey buddy, the wings are undercooked they’re Guey and Barry White. He said oh that’s the way classic wings are I said no he was up very frequently and they’re not they’re supposed to be crispy. Got upset and told me I had to wait 20 minutes if I wanted him to change him and I said absolutely I’ll wait. I’m not eating raw chicken so I looked at the kitchen and wings are supposed to be tossed, but they’re just being lazy and getting a little cup and pouring the sauce all over the chicken I got a chicken sandwich and same thing little cup poured the sauce on top of the chicken for $50 in chicken wings. This is not the way your order should come out."

"Today I came in to eat. Ordered my favorite lemon and pepper w extra seasonings. I ended up paying $63 for 40 pieces. I had to go back to get them RE DONE be ausd they were not seasoned correctly."

"First I would like to say this wingstop gets 1 star if not less their service is awful nobody speaks good english they need new employees immediately, I placed my order over the phone the employee didn’t know how to work the register he did not even try to ask for help and the manager was telling him here just click this without putting me on hold having a whole convo while customers are the phone when i arrive i received a cheese fry i did not want i asked for a regular fry with cheese on the side i then requested a refund and the manger does not know how to work the system either she claims she needed to charge me again service is terrible and food was even worse they don’t care about the presentation i reach my hand in the bag and was met with a disgusting puddle of oil, cheese was not full all the way and the manager JOSELYN says there is nothing they can do because he’s new and it happens, they need to have somebody training and supervising people like that"
