"Food came out cold and the employees were just standing around. No sense of urgency at all. Employees having their pants sagging and butt cracks showing. On top of that, eating in the back of the kitchen and then served food. Very unprofessional environment. Corporate really needs to check this location out."

"I believe it’s essential for any business to ensure employees are properly trained and able to read, understand, and confirm orders accurately. I’ve received the wrong order multiple times because I trusted that the employee would hand the correct order to the correct person. Most recently, a new employee who seemed very new was giving me my order and she opened my bag and opened my box of corn without asking for permission—right in front of me—and then asked if that was okay. She still confirmed to her coworkers that the order was correct when it wasn’t. I had to drive all the way back, and when I returned, the staff acted as if nothing was wrong, and the employee who checked my order was suddenly nowhere to be found, I think she should’ve taken accountability and apologized for wasting my time because that’s what she ended up doing. Whatever I accepted it and left the place, why act a fool when the one who couldn’t read was her. The service was unacceptable. Please do better in hiring and training individuals who can stay focused, pay attention, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Customers deserve accuracy and respect."

"Great Service! Keilyn greeted and took my order with a smile. She was very helpful and friendly. The food came out in a timely matter. Very happy with the service."

"Ridiculously delicious, enough crisp, well seasoned wings and corn. Very fresh. Ordered lemon pepper and mild wings but also enjoy the mango habanero, hot, and spicy Korean bbq. Have to get the fried corn with extra seasoning, a must."

"Ordered in and one meal to go . The worker gives our to go to another customer and they return it 5 minutes later. The worker looks over and thinks we weren’t looking and closes it up to give it to us. They apologized and gave refund but still unacceptable."
