"Very bad experience – third time and still terrible This is my third time ordering from this location, and every time it’s the same bad experience. The chicken was extremely dry and tasted overcooked. The flavor was poor and not enjoyable at all. On top of that, the order was not prepared correctly and did not match what I ordered. After three bad experiences, it’s clear there is a quality control issue here. I will not be ordering from this location again and do not recommend it to anyone"

"Incompetent even with a manager there people walking out with bags man I don’t mind waiting I get it’s Saturday BUT AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES FOR CORN? I’m not that far just wanted a snack. Never ever coming back. No respect given whatsoever I had to call and ask for a refire. It’s soggy and cold/ barely room temperature like they forgot it was in the window. I used to work food service so I really do try to show grace but I’m appalled. Only thing they asked “if I want extra ranch” yeah. Sure to make it colder. Took 5 minutes to remake it when I went back in DO BETTER. 1st pic of corn is what I got and all the condensation proved it was just sitting at room temp. Second pic is what I got refried as it SHOULD HAVE BEEN. As you can also see; hardly any condensation as we literally watched them remake it. That fast. My boyfriend also witnessed them taking this said corn from someone else’s order. LIKE WHAT? HELLO?"

"This location is Awesome! The service is professional and very friendly. On my 1st visit 9/21 Bea was my server. She was Great the food was perfect. I ordered the Hickory Smoked and Lemon Pepper Boneless combo with corn. It was so delicious i came back today 9/22 and Nikkitta was my server and she also was Amazing. Again the food was delicious. This is coming from a person who doesnt eat a lot of chicken! Highly Recommend"

"While the wings and food was okay, every time I visit this location I NEVER receive ranch, which usually isn’t an issue but the ranch at my house was expired. So this time I went back to get the ranch that wasn’t put in the bag. When I got there I was seen by employee who saw me come in previously to put in my order, when I asked for ranch they said I had to pay for it. So I told him every time I come here they never put ranch in the bag so I’m not paying for something I should’ve received in the first place. At that point I presume it was the manager said “we follow all rules of wingstop” rudely mind you, and “do u have the bag?” At which point I got angry because you clearly saw me come in not even 15 min ago. We got into a small argument at which point I quite obviously proved her wrong and she folded to just give me the ranch for free. Idk if it’s a scam to get and extra $1 out of you or what but when u start off with “we follow all the rules of wingstop” it clearly shows you have countless issues like this before. Lock in bro."

"I placed an early order at around 1030 today. I didn't get the ladies name but the one lady in the store was the nicest person I've met in a long time. She really made my day. Please pay her more. She is an asset to your company. Her kindness is the reason I will be back to this store even though I have a wingstop closer to my house."
